fareaway.io is a non-commercial service published by a private individual in France, who exercises the option under French law (LCEN, art. 6-III-2) to disclose only the hosting provider's details. The publisher can be reached at contact@fareaway.io or through the contact form.
Hosting
The site is hosted and served by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (cloudflare.com), on its global network, including points of presence in France and the European Union.
Nature of the service and liability
Fareaway is an information and comparison service: it displays flight fares observed by third parties and links to partner sites for booking. Fareaway sells no tickets and is party to no transport or booking contract. Displayed fares are indicative, dated, and may have changed; the final price is the one shown by the partner at booking time. Despite the care taken, information (fares, weather, cost of living, visas, durations) may contain errors or be incomplete and does not constitute advice. The publisher cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of this information, nor for the content of third-party sites.
