How it works

  1. 1

    Set your budget

Slide from €40 to €2,500. The map recolors as you move: green means comfortable, amber means close, faded means out of reach.

  2. 2

    Pick your dates

A weekend or a whole week. Prices follow the season — November is a bargain, December is not.

  3. 3

    Tap a glowing pin

Weather, flight time, visa, daily cost of living, total trip budget and 90 days of price history — then book.

Why Fareaway

Cheap flights and travel ideas: a map, not another comparator

Classic flight comparators ask for a destination first, then show you lists. Fareaway flips it: it's a map of cheap flights from your city. Looking for travel ideas rather than a specific ticket? Set your budget and see where to travel — a weekend in Europe or a week across the world.

A cheap flight for an October weekend, budget travel ideas for your holidays, or just the urge to leave without knowing where: the map shows at a glance every destination within budget, the weather there, the cost of living and the right time to book. Open the travel map and let the fares inspire you.

Questions & answers

How do I find cheap flights with Fareaway?

Pick your departure city, your month and your budget: the map shows the cheapest destinations in green. The budget slider recolors the map live, and every destination shows the dates found at the best price — one click away from booking.

How is Fareaway different from Google Flights or Skyscanner?

Classic engines answer “how much does it cost to go there?”. Fareaway answers “where can I go with what I have?”. You start from a budget and dates — never from a destination — and explore a map where every affordable place lights up.

Where do the prices come from?

Prices are cached fares collected from real flight searches, refreshed continuously, and verified with the booking partner when you click through.

Is Fareaway free?

Yes. Fareaway earns a commission from booking partners when you fly — never a markup on your fare.

Is it available now?

Yes — the interactive map is live in beta. The interface is French-first for now; full English is rolling out.

The world, sorted by what you can afford.
